The figure shows the opinion on responsibilities of Internet big companies for ISIS propaganda videos appearing on YouTube in Italy in 2017. According to the survey, 90 percent of respondents agreed that new norms are necessary to make Internet big companies more responsible.
To fight against ISIS disseminating propaganda on the Internet, social media companies, such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have all instituted take down policies. However Google, which owns YouTube, has failed to remove hundreds of violent recruitment videos in the wake of the Westminster terror attack.
