Share of selected major companies using e-commerce product features in Finland 2019

This statistic shows the share of selected major companies using e-commerce product features designed for digital user experience in Finland in 2019, by type of feature. In that year, detailed product or service information feature was the most common among the surveyed companies, 93 percent of companies having it on their website. Another common feature, promotion of CSR on the website, accounted for a share of 88 percent. In the same year, product comparison feature was provided by 36 percent of companies.
