This statistic shows the expected percentage change in popularity of travel destinations among Italians aged 18-65 between 2016 and 2017. According to the study results, the number of Italian tourists going for holidays in Europe and outside Europe is going to increase by 70 and 30 percent respectively. By contrast, the popularity of Italian destinations is expected to increase only by two percent in 2017.
