Mexico: reasons for not using the internet 2021

During a 2021 survey carried out in Mexico, 41.6 percent of respondents who reported not using the internet said they didn't do so because they didn't know how. Meanwhile, 25.6 percent stated not benefiting from this service because it was too expensive or they did not have the financial resources to pay for it. According to estimates, nearly 87 million Mexicans were expected to be online users in 2020.
