This statistic shows the number of Hemköp stores owned by the Axfood Group in Sweden from 2014 to 2023. During this period, the number of Hemköp stores remained almost unchanged. In 2016, there were 67 Hemköp stores in Sweden. Those stores were owned by the Axfood Group, a Swedish retail and wholesale company which operates through its subsidiaries Willys and Hemköp as well as Dagab and Axfood Närlivs. As of 2018, it increased to a number of 70 stores, before decreasing again to 66 stores as of 2023.
