Italy: perception of public safety in 2017
This statistic illustrates the perception of public safety among the Italian population as of August 2017. According to the survey results, about one in two respondents (55 percent) held the opinion that Italy was a safe country to live in. By contrast, 43 percent of the Italian citizens did not feel safe in their country.
