This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted with European banks in relation to the amount of payment tools available to consumers as of 2016. In this statistic 81 percent of banks either strongly agree or agree that consumers do want a broader range of payment tools. 19 percent disagree or strongly disagree that consumers want a broader range of payment tools for banking.
