Breakdown of EDF electricity production in France 2019-2023, by source of energy

In 2023, nuclear power accounted for 87.6 percent of EDF's electricity production in France, up from 86.5 percent the year prior. Hydropower and thermal energy accounted for the remaining shares. Thermal electricity production showed a decrease of nearly fifty percent when compared with the precious year.
