Italy: frequency of travel for sporting events among sports fans 2017

This statistic illustrates the travel frequency of Italian sports fans who regularly travelled to sporting events in 2017. According to the survey results, about half of respondents (49 percent) travelled once a year to attend sporting events, while about four in ten respondents travelled about two to three times a year. By contrast, one in ten interviewees generally took four or more trips a year to attend a sporting event.
