Turkey: manufacture of tobacco products personnel costs 2014| Statista

In 2014, the personnel costs of the tobacco product manufacturing industry in Turkey increased by 8.1 million euros (+6.26 percent) since 2013. Accordingly, 2014 was the first time during the observed period that the personnel costs in this industry have increased in Turkey. Nevertheless, the last two years in this industry recorded significant lower personnel costs than the preceding years.
Personnel costs are made up of wages, salaries and employers' social security costs. They include taxes and employees' social security contributions retained by the employer, as well as the employer's compulsory and voluntary social contributions.
