According to a 2022 survey on internet users in Malaysia, more than 66 percent of respondents stated that they used online banking. Digital banking is gaining popularity in the Southeast Asian country. In the same year, the value of internet banking transactions in Malaysia reached more than one trillion Malaysian ringgit.
