This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on which Social Media online shoppers used to discover new products and/or services while shopping online in Italy between 2014 and 2016. Over the period of consideration, it was found that 96 percent of the respondents reported that they discovered new products and/or services through Facebook, while only 23 percent through Google+.
