According to data, the annual sold production value of fruit spirits in Italy fluctuated over the reported period, following a generally negative trend. The highest figure to date was recorded in 2012, at just over 39 billion euros. There were considerable y-o-y drops in 2015, 2020, and 2021. In 2023, the sold production value amounted to approximately 16 billion euros, around five billions less than the year before.
