The numbers provided are a result from a comparison of total annual invoiced paid by small professional consumers with the following characteristics: "50.000 kWh/year, single meter, low-voltage network". As of February 2018, annual costs were higher in Belgium than in the Netherlands. However, there were large differences between the Belgian regions, with the Flemish region having the highest invoice.
