YoY export volume of three-wheeler passenger vehicles India 2007-2017

There was a drop of about nine percent in the annual export volume of three-wheeler passenger vehicles from India in fiscal year 2017. India’s automotive market was dominated by two-wheelers and passenger vehicles. Small and mid-sized car sales accounted for about 13 percent of around 2.9 million vehicles in terms of sales. Two-wheeler sales on the other hand had a share of over 80 percent.
