Domestically-trained doctors in Chile 2014-2022
In 2022, there were approximately 46,740 domestically-trained doctors in Chile, up from around 44,400 reported a year earlier. During the period depicted, the number of physicians who received training domestically in the South American country increased by 55 percent since 2014, when the number of domestically-trained doctors reached over 30,000 professionals.
