The majority (70 percent) of individuals in France, the UK, Italy, Spain and Germany used online banking as of March 2018. A further 55 percent of the digital audience in these countries used a personal finance website to pay bills, keep track of their finances and apply for credit cards. Only four percent of individuals from the EU-5 countries used a website for managing their taxes.
