Preferred way of buying goods in the Netherlands 2018
The survey results show that as of 2018, the majority of respondents both preferred to explore their options online before buying an item from a shop, and occasionally did so. Over 40 percent of respondents occasionally used this method when shopping around and buying products, while just six percent bought items online directly without shopping around beforehand.
