An Italian survey from 2018 revealed that about 30 percent of online users gets annoyed by spam e-mails. in particular, 27 percent of the respondents aged between 35 and 44 years reported being annoyed by spam e-mails and expected more protection for internet users. only 21.1 percent of users between 45 and 59 years had the same opinion.
