The statistic displays the results of survey of methods used by companies to actively approach potential new employees in the Netherlands in 2018. The survey results indicate that among the companies surveyed, using company employees and contacts were the preferred means of actively approaching potential new employees in 2018. Approximately 70 percent of respondents indicated that their company approached potential new employees through its current employees, while roughly 65 percent identified business and personal contacts as a valuable channel for active recruitment.
