The November 2018 Camp fire was the most destructive wildfire in California's recent history. The fire resulted in the loss of 18,804 structures. This was more than three times the number of property destroyed by the October 2017 Tubbs fire, which was the second most destructive. The Camp fire is also California's deadliest wildfire.
