"In this article we used the CBS definition of Dutch people with migration backgrounds: Dutch people who were themselves (first generation) or whose parents (second generation) were born outside the Netherlands. Antillean Dutch people are from the former Dutch Antilles, which up until 2010 included the islands of Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Bonaire."
