As of 2023, the most popular surgical cosmetic procedure performed in Brazil was liposuction, accounting for over 14 percent of all interventions. Breast augmentation ranked second, with approximately 10.4 percent of all procedures. Eyelid surgery, buttock augmentation and abdominoplasty were performed to a lesser extent. As of that year, the most common non-surgical cosmetic procedure in Brazil was injections of botulinum toxin.
