The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding the distribution of fashion shopping for children in Belgium in 2017, by purchase channel. The survey results indicate that as of 2017, parents were most inclined to purchase fashion items for children in chain stores, regardless of the child's age. Over 60 percent of consumers surveyed indicated that they purchased fashion items for children under the age of four in chain stores, whilst 48 percent of respondents did so for children over the age of 12.
