Expected change in spending during Spring festival in Hong Kong 2022-2025

According to a series of surveys conducted in Hong Kong annually before the Lunar New Year, significantly more respondents expected their holiday shopping expenditure to be higher in 2023, 2024, and 2025 in comparison to 2022. In 2025, 37 percent of respondents expected increased spending, whereas only 19 percent thought so in 2022.
