Returns: most commonly used channels for online purchases in the UK 2018
This chart presents the share of most commonly used returns channels used by online shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2018. For shoppers who returned online purchased items, the Post Office was the most commonly used channel with a positive response from 39 percent of consumers. Collect and convenience store ranked second with 10 percent of respondents stating it was their choice of returns channel. Returning items bought online at the retailers' physical store was also popular with 7 percent of consumers in the UK in 2019.
