Negative traits associated with EU in Italy 2018
The statistic shows the share of respondents who associated negative traits with the European Union in Italy in 2018. In that year, 65 percent of the people interviewed thought the EU does not understand the needs of its citizens, while 48 percent claimed it is inefficient and 41 percent that it intrudes in national issues.
